Here's more than you probably want to know about me...
I have been professionally writing since I was 19 years old. I am the Career
Editor at Hilary Magazine and a marketing & publicity assistant for the Palm Springs International Film Festival (www.psfilmfest.org). Previous to working at HILARY (www.hilary.com), I worked at Teen People, while writing for Beautiful Girl magazine, the Desert Post
and Palm Springs Life magazine. I am a self-proclaimed spa enthusiast who loves moonlight walks on the beach and
a healthy dose of challenges. Bring it on!
One of my metafiction pieces can be found online at www.mettafiction.blogspot.com/ and shortly, one of my short stories can be accessed on www.womenwriters.net. I also have a blog dedicated completely to my writing, http://imaginationignited.blogspot.com. I hope to have my first YA novel published shortly after graduating from the UCR Palm Desert MFA program
in DECEMBER 2009. I hold a BA in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in English and Creative Writing and a BS in
Anthropology from University of California, Riverside.
This is who I am in all my goofiness. It's how I create and recreate moments, by just being myself.
